Primary Duties:
Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery documents
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions
Support senior attorneys with trial preparation and client communications
Manage docket deadlines and assist with case strategy implementation
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in Texas or pending bar exam results
Strong writing, research, and communication skills
Enthusiasm for litigation and a commitment to long-term professional growth
