The Insurance Agency President will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and performance of the agency. This includes driving sales growth, managing a talented team, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision, people leadership, and hands-on experience in insurance sales and operations.
Develop and execute growth strategies to meet and exceed business goals.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide coaching, feedback, and professional development to team members.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service and retention.
Research market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing insurance professionals across multiple markets.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including hiring, training, performance management, and compliance oversight.
Foster a professional and welcoming office environment.
Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and improvement through professional development and networking.
Communicate with professionalism and tact in all client and team interactions.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Active Property & Casualty license required; Life & Health license preferred.
10–15 years of progressive experience in insurance sales, management, or agency growth roles.
Demonstrated success in commercial and/or personal lines insurance, ideally with experience as a producer, underwriter, or operations manager.
Proven ability to build and grow an insurance or financial practice through networking and prospecting.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
