Director of Nursing - DON

Salary $100,00 - $130,000

One of San Diego most highly respected senior living communities is seekink a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursung to join their leadership team. This is an Award-Winning, financially stable organization with a stron legacy in excellence in long-term care.

We are looking for a Director of Nursing with proven leadership experience in senior living or hospital settings who is ready to take their career to the next.

Key Responsabilities.

• Lead and oversee all operations of the nursing departament.
• Ensure compliance with all laws,regulations and internal standards.
• Promote a physical , social and physicological enviroment for residents.
• Provide oversight on guidance and clinical practices on Staff training.
• Foster a culture of continue development and hight quality care.

Requirements.

• Current RN license in good standing.
• 5-7 years of nursing experience in long term care.
• 5+ years of management , Supervisor/Director.
• Strong leadership and goal-setting abilities.

Supervisor responsabilities.

• Directly manages subordinate suoervisors and their teams within the Healtcenter.
• Responsible for hiring,training, performance evaluations and staff developments.
• Ensure departments operations comply with organizational policies and aplicable laws.

Qualifications.

• Bachelor´s degree in nursing required.
• Deep understanding in geratric care, chronic medical conditions,reabilitation and independence promotion.
