Construction Estimator

This award-winning construction firm needs an Estimator with at least 3 years of experience in the commercial, healthcare, educational, multifamily and office markets. Core responsibilities:

• Build and manage estimates for several projects at once
• Estimate construction budget costs, including labor and materials
• Use Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
• Prepare and present budgets, reports and project plans
• Collaborate with clients, owners, field personnel and design teams, and also work independently

Background we are looking for:

• 3+ years as an Estimator in commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational and office work
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• Experience with projects valued up to $50M
• Skill with construction management software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility as project requirements and priorities change
• A primary focus on providing the best customer service
