Litigation Attorney in Minneapolis

Job Description

My client is a pristigious boutique law firm that is recognized for their work both in sophisticated transactions and litigation related to energy, commercial real estate, land use, construction, and general business/commercial matters. I'm seeking an experienced litigator for their Minneapolis office with at least 4 years of experience in business, civil, or complex commercial litigation. 

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school. 
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in Minnesota. UBE candidates relocating will be considered. 
• Experience taking and defending depositions. 
• Trial experience preferred but not required. 
• Exceptional legal writing skills.
• 4-10 years of litigation experience handling matters related to employment law, contract disputes, construction, energy, land use, or commercial real estate disputes strongly preferred but not required.
• 5-10 page writing sample.
