What You’ll Do

  • Manage design and plan production for roadway and transportation projects

  • Perform calculations, develop cost estimates, and create or refine detailed drawings

  • Conduct field inspections, gather data, and prepare detailed documentation

  • Coordinate with in-house engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure project success

  • Apply sound engineering judgment and adapt proven techniques to each unique challenge

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards

  • Contribute to proposals, project deliverables, and budget tracking

What You Bring

  • B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arkansas (or ability to obtain)

  • 3–6 years of experience in roadway design/construction

  • Familiarity with ARDOT standards

  • Experience with MicroStation and InRoads a plus

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
