Loan Administration Specialist in Financial Services!

Our client, a leading institution in the banking sector, is seeking a capable Loan Administration Specialist to join their team.

This intermediate-level role offers the opportunity to engage with a variety of loan types, including consumer, commercial, and mortgage loans.

Experience with the "Horizon" Core Processing system is a big plus!

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• - Perform comprehensive loan processing and account maintenance duties.
• - Ensure accurate collection and verification of loan documentation, including income, credit, appraisal, and title insurance.
• - Prepare and submit loan applications for closing, draft loan document packages, and coordinate loan closings.
• - Input new loans, renewals, participations, and modifications into the loan systems.
• - Manage loan servicing tasks such as payments, payoffs, insurance, and tax tracking.
• - Maintain electronic loan files and track any document exceptions.
• - Utilize and maintain proficiency in automated systems including the Core System, Loan Origination System, and product-specific software.

 🎯 Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• - High school diploma or equivalent.
• - Minimum 2 years experience in loan operations is required; 3+ years preferred.
• - Strong understanding of Consumer and Commercial Lending Compliance and Regulations.
• - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• - Good organizational and analytical abilities.
