What You’ll Do
Lead roadway and transportation design projects
Prepare plans, estimates, and reports
Coordinate with clients and internal teams
Ensure designs meet ARDOT and local standards
What You Bring
BS/MS Civil Engineering
PE license in Arkansas (or ability to obtain)
3–6 years in roadway/transportation design
Experience with MicroStation/InRoads a plus
