Project Estimator – Construction
Are you someone who thrives on turning complex drawings, specs, and numbers into winning strategies? This is a chance to step into a Project Estimator role with a team that values precision, creativity, and relationships just as much as spreadsheets and bid packages.
Why This Role Stands Out:
Variety & Impact: You won’t just be crunching numbers — you’ll be building relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients while shaping proposals that win high-profile projects.
Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with project leadership and stakeholder to develop effective bid strategies.
Cutting-Edge Tools: Use Autodesk Build/Takeoff, Sage Estimating, Bluebeam, and more to keep your bids sharp and efficient.
Future Path: A clear career track with bi-annual development reviews — your growth matters here.
What You’ll Do:
Manage bid dates, deadlines, and project documents with precision on ground up Multi-Family projects.
Lead pre-bid walkthroughs, vendor outreach, and proposal assembly.
Analyze plans, coordinate with subs, and ensure coverage across all trades.
Deliver accurate take-offs, bid breakdowns, and polished proposals.
Partner with project managers after award to ensure smooth hand-off.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of estimating experience in competitive bids and conceptual budgeting. Ground up Multi-family preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
Confident with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Sage Estimating (Timberline), MS Office, and Bluebeam.
A mix of technical ability, analytical skills, and the people skills to bring subs and vendors on board.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
Ready to build a career where your work shapes projects from the ground up?
