Staff Accountant (Entry-Level) – Residential Construction
We’re teamed up with a well-established residential construction company with stable, ongoing projects that's looking for an entry-level Staff Accountant to join their team. No degree required—just solid experience with payroll and AP/AR, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll (weekly/bi-weekly)
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Assist with job costing and expense tracking
Maintain accurate financial records
Support general accounting and admin tasks
Qualifications:
1+ year of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Hands-on payroll and AP/AR knowledge
Comfortable with Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks a plus)
Construction industry experience
