Legal Assistant – 4-Day Workweek | Friendly, Family-Feel Law Firm

 Location: Williamsburg, VA| Monday–Thursday Schedule | 32-Hours

We’re looking for a legal assistant to join our small, tight-knit law firm where we believe in working hard, having fun, and treating our clients and coworkers like family. If you're a people person who loves to help others and wants to grow in the legal field, we want to meet you!

What We’re Looking For:

• A legal assistant who is personable, dependable, and excited to learn
• Someone who’s comfortable speaking face-to-face with clients—you’ll be the first friendly face they see!
• A team player familiar with drafting legal documents such as pleadings, letters, and court filings
• Legal assistant experience in probate, trust, or estate planning is a strong plus (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
