What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a full-service agronomy location specializing in fertilizer, seed, crop protection, and custom applications.
  • Oversee sales of bagged feed alongside core agronomy products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, gaining their trust and becoming their reliable agronomy partner.
  • Lead and motivate the team to meet business goals.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Someone with a sales background is a great fit, but passion and dedication matter most.
  • Ability to relocate is welcomed; ideally with some connection to the area.
  • Self-motivated manager who can track and balance vacation/time off responsibly.
  • Hardworking, committed to delivering value and building long-term customer relationships.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • This is a very demanding management role requiring dedication and responsibility. However, the compensation reflects that, offering highly competitive pay based on experience along with a year-end bonus tied to company profits.
  • 100% employee health insurance coverage (dependents optional).
  • 401(k) plan with a generous company match.
  • $80,000-$100,000 BASE + Profitability Incentive

Vacation & Time Off:

  • Manager role with tiered vacation accrual starting at 1 week after 1 month.
  • While vacation time is limited due to role demands, employees typically take 2-3 weeks intermittently throughout the year, balancing responsibilities with time off.
