Position: CNC Programmer

Type: Full-Time

Join a growing team focused on precision manufacturing and advanced CAD/CAM programming. This role involves developing multi-axis CNC programs for complex components using CATIA V5 or 3DEXPERIENCE, with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines using CATIA V5 or 3DEXPERIENCE

  • Interpret 3D models and 2D drawings to create accurate machining strategies

  • Design tooling, fixturing, and select appropriate cutters, feeds, and speeds

  • Verify programs using Vericut for safety and accuracy

  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and quality teams to support production

  • Maintain organized documentation and adhere to configuration control standards

  • Provide technical support to shop floor personnel and troubleshoot as needed

  • Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of CNC programming experience using CATIA V5 or 3DEXPERIENCE

  • Proficient with Vericut simulation software

  • Mill-turn programming experience is a plus

  • Strong understanding of multi-axis programming and machining best practices

  • U.S. citizenship required (due to ITAR compliance)

  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively and manage priorities effectively

Preferred:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in a technical field such as Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering

  • Familiarity with mechanical design/drafting
