Position Overview:
Client Services Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, current clients, and non-client callers. Your role is critical in ensuring a positive client experience by providing exceptional customer service and assisting callers with their needs. You will be responsible for gathering information, analyzing situations, and determining the appropriate next steps, while making a great first and lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls
• Gather and assess relevant information from callers using critical thinking skills.
• Determine the next course of action for each call, transferring to the appropriate firm employee or referral when necessary.
• Provide outbound follow-up calls as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
• Schedule appointments and assist clients in completing necessary paperwork.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience, establishing strong relationships with callers.
• Maintain accurate records and update client information as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a passion for helping others.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
• Must reside in southeastern Wisconsin.
