Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Personal Injury Attorney to join our trial team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, including trial experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage a full caseload from intake through verdict or settlement.
Responsibilities:
Manage a full docket of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death
Conduct initial client consultations and case evaluations
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
Handle all aspects of discovery, including depositions and expert witness coordination
Attend court hearings, pre-trial conferences, mediations, and trials
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense counsel
Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm development
Requirements:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in Pennsylvania
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in plaintiff-side personal injury law
Trial experience is strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic, organizational ability, and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger team
