Job Description: Branch Manager / Restoration Mitigation Manager

Location: Halethorpe, MD

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our restoration mitigation operations. This position will oversee branch performance, ensure project quality, and drive team success. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a background in restoration services, strong business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee branch operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and profitably.
  • Manage mitigation services, including water, fire, and mold restoration.
  • Monitor job progress, budgets, and profitability while maintaining high service standards.

• Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure team members receive necessary training and certifications.
  • Foster a positive, family-oriented team culture that aligns with company values.

• Client and Vendor Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with vendors to secure materials and services at optimal costs.

• On-Call Support:

  • Participate in on-call rotation, providing guidance for after-hours emergencies as needed.

• Growth and Development:

  • Identify opportunities to expand services and grow the branch’s client base.
  • Contribute to company goals by meeting or exceeding revenue and performance targets.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in restoration/mitigation services.
• Proven leadership experience, preferably in a branch or operations management role.
• Strong understanding of restoration processes, including water, fire, and mold mitigation.
• IICRC certifications preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
