CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULER

MILWAUKEE, WI

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with your Team's existing Owners, Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors t0 establish long-term relationships to indentify and obtain future project opportunities
• Oversight of the creationand monitoring of Project Schedules and production progress updates
• Collaborate with Estimating during the Preconstruction phase
• Read and Interpret Construction Plans and Specifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degrees in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
• Strong management and timeline skills to prepare for the projects, and the ability to adapt and problem solve as things arise during a project to change the schedule as needed
• Broad knowledge of building systems and construction methods
• 5+ years of experience managing Commerical Construction projects
