About the Role:
We are seeking a full-time Life Science / FDA & Healthcare Regulatory Attorney with 3–5+ years of experience advising pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device companies, or CDMOs. Whether your background is in a law firm or in-house, if you're ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Draft, review, and negotiate key commercial agreements, including:
  • Clinical trial agreements
  • Manufacturing and supply agreements
  • Service agreements
  • Advise clients on the advertising and promotion of FDA-regulated products
  • Support general business and corporate legal matters as needed

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of regulatory experience with FDA-regulated businesses
• Proven success in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills
• Bonus: Experience navigating product advertising and promotion regulations
