A well-established Jacksonville law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney who wants broad exposure across multiple practice areas, direct client interaction, and meaningful mentorship from experienced partners. Hybrid flexibility is available for the right candidate.

  • Real Estate Transactions and Litigation
  • Estate Planning & Probate Administration

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior attorneys with business, commercial, and construction litigation matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, corporate documents, and real estate agreements
  • Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda, and support litigation strategy
  • Handle aspects of probate and estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and related documents
  • Participate in client meetings, depositions, hearings, and negotiations as experience allows
  • Manage deadlines, maintain organized files, and ensure compliance with firm procedures

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in at least one of the firm’s practice areas
  • Strong interest in a blended practice across litigation and transactional work
  • Florida Bar license required
  • Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
