We are working with a leading international shipping company dedicated to providing seamless supply chain solutions worldwide. They’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join their dynamic team in Los Angeles.
Position Overview:
As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of their operations. You will handle accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and general accounting duties to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections
Perform general bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Reconcile accounts and prepare journal entries
Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations and audits
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
Proven experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and general accounting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient with accounting software and MS Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Work Environment:
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Los Angeles, working Monday through Friday.
