Junior Personal Injury Attorney – Cleveland, OH

We are currently seeking a Junior Personal Injury Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join the firm’s growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from trial-tested litigators while gaining hands-on experience in high-impact cases involving:

  • Motor Vehicle Accidents

  • Workers’ Compensation

  • Medical Malpractice

  • Construction Accidents

  • Product Liability

  • Wrongful Death and other serious injury matters

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior attorneys in managing complex catastrophic injury cases

  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

  • Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

  • Communicate with clients, medical professionals, and expert witnesses

  • Develop litigation skills in a supportive, collaborative environment

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio Bar

  • 1–3 years of experience in personal injury or litigation (internship/clinical experience may be considered)

  • Strong legal writing and research skills

  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and advocate for injured clients

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
