Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice and in good standing in CA
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience 
  • In-depth knowledge of LIHTC regulations, tax laws, real estate transactions, corporate governance, and parternship taxation
  • Familiarty working with government agencies and processes
  • Ability to lead and run deals with little to no supervision**
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiastic team player
