Ideal Candidate-
1-10 years civil litigation experience
Insurance coverage and bad faith experience preferred but not required
Federal court litigation experience is strongly preferred but not required
JD- ABA Accredited law school
CA licensure in good standing
Ability to respond to discovery, draft motions, appearances in court, taking and defending depositions
Work independently and as a team
Demonstrated research and writing skills
Compensation will depend on a combination of education and experience. Full benefits and bonus structure in place.
