Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in promoting our company’s services, building brand awareness, and supporting the overall marketing strategy. This individual will work closely with our leadership team to create and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital marketing efforts, and support the development of content and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and projects
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email, and website.
  • Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and other marketing channels.
  • Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create content for project bids, proposals, and client communications.
  • Manage and update the company’s website and social media accounts.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting events such as industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the construction industry.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and external marketing agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms, social media management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
