Experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal - Washington State

Summary

Our client, a premier, highly-regarded law firm in Washington State, is seeking an experienced, dedicated Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team. This is a full-time, 100% in-office position, Monday through Friday, working closely with attorneys on complex and challenging personal injury and premise liability cases. The compensation for this role is competitive, offering $45.00 - $50.00 per hour, based on experience. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive litigation and administrative support, including but not limited to:

  • Drafting, preparing, and filing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

  • Managing and organizing high-volume case files, medical records, and billing statements.

  • Conducting legal research and factual investigation.

  • Coordinating and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, and court personnel.

  • Assisting in trial preparation, including creating exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.

  • Calculating damages and preparing settlement demands.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience working as a Paralegal, with a heavy emphasis on Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation. Candidates with more extensive experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Proven experience handling all aspects of the litigation lifecycle, from initial intake through trial preparation.

  • Familiarity with personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and premise liability matters.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with legal case management software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and e-filing procedures.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Paralegal certificate or degree from an ABA-approved program preferred, but substantial relevant experience will be highly considered.
