Position Overview
The Director will oversee the pre-construction and estimating functions for the company, drive strategy for project pursuit, lead major bid opportunities and work cross-functionally with operations and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development of cost models, budgets and bid strategy for major pursuits
Manage and develop estimating and pre-construction staff
Participate in client meetings and presentations, support business development
Collaborate with operations to ensure alignment between bidding and execution
Qualifications
12+ years of combined estimating and pre-construction leadership in commercial construction
Strong strategic thinking, presentation and leadership skills
Experience in campus/institutional commercial projects preferred
