A boutique trial firm with a robust business litigation practice is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2–7 years of experience to join its Fairfax office. The firm handles high-stakes commercial disputes in federal and state courts throughout Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, and frequently partners with national and international law firms on complex litigation matters in the D.C. metro area.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage business and commercial litigation matters with minimal oversight
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy development
Participate in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation
Collaborate with partners and co-counsel on sophisticated, fast-paced litigation
What We’re Looking For:
2–7 years of substantive litigation experience
Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy abilities
Ability to hit the ground running—this is not a mentorship-heavy role
Background in business/commercial litigation strongly preferred
