We are looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to strengthen our litigation team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury cases from initiation through to trial, ensuring comprehensive case management and client service.
- Draft and respond to legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Lead the discovery phase, overseeing document production, interrogatories, depositions, and expert witness coordination.
- Conduct depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts with a focus on building strong case foundations.
- Represent clients at court hearings, motion sessions, and other legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to devise trial strategies, including preparing trial exhibits, witness lists, and legal arguments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
- 3-7 years of experience in personal injury or plaintiff civil litigation, including case management and trial preparation.
- Proven ability to handle complex cases from start to finish, with a strong grasp of legal strategy and litigation procedures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a focus on client relations and legal presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
