We are seeking a full-time Family Law Assistant to join a supportive and collaborative legal team. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent client service, and proven experience in a fast-paced legal environment.
Minimum 3 years of family law experience in a BC law firm or legal department.
Legal Administrative Assistant or Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution (or equivalent education and experience).
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite and online legal software systems.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to manage high-volume workloads while meeting deadlines.
