Family Law Legal Assistant

Location: Vernon or Salmon Arm, BC (and surrounding area)
Type: Full-time, in-office (with potential hybrid flexibility)

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Family Law Assistant to join a supportive and collaborative legal team. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent client service, and proven experience in a fast-paced legal environment.


What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of family law experience in a BC law firm or legal department.

  • Legal Administrative Assistant or Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution (or equivalent education and experience).

  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite and online legal software systems.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential matters.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads while meeting deadlines.

Location Details

This role is based in Vernon or Salmon Arm, BC. It is primarily in-office, though hybrid arrangements may be discussed.
