Our firm has partnered with a reputable commercial masonry contractor that’s actively seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction leader to join a team known for craftsmanship, accountability, and high standards.

Position: Project Manager – Masonry / Commercial

About the Role:

The Project Manager will lead masonry scopes within diverse commercial construction projects — handling everything from planning and coordination to delivery and close-out. Our client values professionalism, communication, and a field-first approach to project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Manage all aspects of commercial masonry construction projects
  • • Coordinate closely with field teams, clients, subs, and vendors
  • • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and compliance requirements
  • • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • • Identify and resolve issues quickly with a proactive mindsetWhat We’re Looking For:
  • • 5+ years of experience in commercial masonry project management
  • • Solid knowledge of construction documentation and field operations
  • • Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • • Familiarity with software like Procore, MS Project, or similar
  • • Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills
