What You’ll Do

Estimating & Bidding

• Prepare accurate takeoffs and detailed estimates using On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and QuickBid

• Review blueprints and specifications to develop complete bid packages

• Calculate costs for labor, materials, equipment, and overhead

• Work with internal teams to align estimates with client goals and project timelines

Project Support

• Partner with Project Managers to transition awarded bids into active projects

• Participate in preconstruction meetings and provide cost planning support

• Assist with value engineering and project phasing strategies

Collaboration & Communication

• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, vendors, and subcontractors

• Maintain accurate documentation for bids, revisions, and awarded jobs

• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity throughout the pre-award process

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3+ years of drywall estimating experience

• Proficiency with OST, QuickBid, and Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of structural framing and exterior systems

• Experience with large commercial projects such as hospitals, casinos, hotels, and schools

• Typical project size: $1M–$20M
