Position Overview:
They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grain Elevator Superintendent to oversee grain operations at our large export facility in Chicago. This role is critical to maintaining efficient, safe, and compliant operations while supporting our team and ensuring the highest standards in grain handling and storage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily grain elevator operations at a large export facility

  • Supervise and support grain operations staff, ensuring safety and efficiency

  • Monitor and maintain equipment performance and grain quality

  • Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and receiving teams to optimize workflow

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

  • Implement best practices in grain handling and storage to minimize losses

  • Maintain accurate operational records and reports

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of grain supervisor experience

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Knowledge of grain elevator operations, safety protocols, and industry standards

  • Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions
