Our client, a top-tier electrical contractor specializing in commercial construction, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage electrical projects from design through completion. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile commercial developments while driving project success through strong leadership and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of commercial electrical projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution.

  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.

  • Oversee field operations to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and efficient resource allocation.

  • Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

  • Lead project meetings and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing commercial electrical construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and commercial construction practices.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
