We’re seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our rotomolding facility. This individual will play a key leadership role in managing people, processes, and production with a strong focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and team development.

Lead daily manufacturing operations including production scheduling, staffing, material flow, and equipment usage
Supervise and develop production teams across multiple shifts to ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards are met
Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in throughput, waste reduction, and downtime
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, training programs, and OSHA compliance
Partner with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to improve processes, address issues, and drive performance
Manage production planning and inventory controls to meet customer demand
Analyze production data and implement lean manufacturing or 5S practices as needed
Support onboarding, training, coaching, and performance reviews of team leads and production staff
Help maintain and improve mold maintenance schedules, material changeovers, and cycle time optimization
5+ years of leadership experience in a plastics manufacturing environment; rotomolding experience strongly preferred
Proven background managing teams in a high-volume, hands-on production setting
Strong understanding of rotational molding processes, materials, and equipment
Working knowledge of safety protocols, quality assurance systems, and production metrics
Experience implementing lean principles, process improvements, and operational best practices
Excellent problem-solving, team-building, and communication skills
Comfortable working on the floor and in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Technical or engineering degree a plus, but not required
