Senior Field Project Manager – High-End Residential Construction

Compensation: $100K–$140K+ DOE + Bonus + Profit Sharing + Full Benefits

A well-established and respected residential builder with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional homes to high-net-worth clientele is confidentially seeking a Senior Field Project Manager to lead luxury custom projects from planning through warranty.

This is a client-facing leadership role that blends field management, budgeting, and construction expertise with high-level relationship management and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from pre-construction through closeout, managing all aspects of the build
  • Oversee job site performance, quality control, and project scheduling in partnership with the superintendent
  • Act as the client’s main point of contact, managing relationships with homeowners, architects, and vendors
  • Track and manage project budgets, estimate reviews, material procurement, and job costing
  • Maintain momentum on job progress while resolving conflicts and ensuring an exceptional client experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams and report directly to ownership, who remain hands-on as coaches and business development leaders
  • Contribute to business development and strategic planning efforts as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years in residential construction project management (custom or high-end preferred)
  • Experience working directly with high-net-worth clients, architects, and designers
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presentation; poised in high-touch environments
  • Strong background in budgeting, estimating, scheduling, subcontractor oversight, and project controls
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel; experience with BuilderTrend a plus (but can be taught)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and full understanding of how a business operates day-to-da
  • Comfortable spending 70% of time in the field, 30% in the office

Compensation & Perks:

  • Base salary commensurate with experience and professionalism ($100K–$140K+)
  • Performance bonus + profit sharing
  • Medical, 401(k), and additional benefits
  • Company vehicle or car allowance negotiable
  • Supportive leadership team committed to long-term growth and team success

This is a rare opportunity for someone who is polished, technically strong, and thrives in both the field and client-facing environments. Previous business owners or candidates on the rise are both welcome—fit and professionalism are key.
