Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a dynamic and fast-paced legal team. Prepare and file legal documents in state and federal courts, including e-filing
Manage court calendaring, ensuring all deadlines, hearings, and depositions are tracked and updated
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including compiling exhibits, drafting trial binders, and coordinating logistics
Maintain case files, organize discovery, and manage document production
Support attorneys with legal research, drafting correspondence, and reviewing legal documents
Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel as needed
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a litigation paralegal
Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures
Experience with e-filing systems and calendaring
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a busy caseload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
