Location: Greater Nebraska region
Role: Assist the Superintendent in field operations on wastewater treatment and industrial construction projects, ensuring trade crews, logistics and schedule adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily coordination of field crews, subcontractors, equipment and materials.
Monitor installation progress, quality, safety; escalate issues to Superintendent.
Maintain site documentation, daily logs, site safety meetings, and jobsite compliance.
Qualifications:
3-5 years field construction experience in commercial/industrial environment.
Strong communication, organization and proactive attitude.
