A $25M  Cleveland Commercial Construction company in Akron that is growing and is looking for a Project Manager/Superintendent to add to their team! The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent in diverse commercial markets up to $10M. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for excellence in construction management - we want to hear from you!

Project Manager/Superintendent Duties:

• Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and self-perform craft trades
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a strong focus on safety throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

Project Manager/Superintendent Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred but not necessary ** 
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent (Some PM duties needed if you have primarily been a Superintendent) 
• Experience working on projects valued up to $10M is preferred but not necessary
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience
