Our established and well-respected private pediatric dental practice in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team. This is a clinical-only position with no administrative responsibilities, allowing you to focus entirely on delivering exceptional care to our young patients.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday – Thursday (No Fridays or Weekends!)
• Compensation:
• Guaranteed $1,200/day
• 40% of collections
• Full-time pediatric dentists at our practice average $4,000+ per day
• Procedures: Unlimited opportunities for surgical and sedative dentistry
• Support: Experienced and efficient support staff and clinical team

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Board Certification in Pediatric Dentistry
• Ohio Dental License (or eligibility for licensure)
