Position Overview:
The Corporate Attorney will handle a variety of corporate legal matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance issues. This role is ideal for a proactive legal professional with a passion for corporate law and a track record of successful client representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts and agreements.
• Handle mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions from inception to completion.
• Assist clients with business entity formation, restructuring, and dissolutions.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in corporate laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
• Minimum of 3+ of experience as a Corporate Attorney.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple corporate matters and deadlines efficiently.
