Salary: $120,000 – $175,000 (depending on experience)

A highly respected and established law firm in Knoxville is seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney to join their growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a legal professional with strong transactional experience who enjoys handling complex matters and working in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Position Overview:
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of business and commercial agreements.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and related business transactions.
• Collaborate with clients to provide practical legal solutions and risk management strategies.
• Support clients in various industries while working closely with partners and associates to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Tennessee Bar license in good standing.
7+ years of transactional law experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, professional environment.
