Job Snapshot

Job Description

A well-respected client is seeking TAX MANAGERS due to the growth in their firm.  Are you an experienced individual with a knack for numbers? Then look no further, because we have the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of tax associates while developing and implementing strategies to provide excellent client service. You will play a key role in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and corporations.

We have two opportunities-same firm!

Tax Manager – Real Estate & Partnerships

  • Location: Full-Remote (but you must live in South Florida — no “I swear I’ll fly in occasionally” situations)
  • Comp: $225K–$250K + annual bonus + ~50% profit share on any clients you bring in
  • Flex: Compressed work weeks + 6–10 weeks PTO + low billables
  • We need a Tax Manager who genuinely gets real estate partnerships. Not “I reviewed a few 1065s once.” You'll Manage tax engagements for real estate owners/operators; advise partners on structure + tax strategy. Prepare and review complex partnership returns (Form 1065)

Tax Manager (High-Net-Worth Individuals & Trusts)

  • ✅ Full-Remote (South Florida residents only)
  • 💸 $225K–$250K + Bonuses + Profit Share
  • Flex: Compressed work weeks + 6–10 weeks PTO + low billables
  • You’ll manage complex tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates. Think Form 1040, 1041, and if you can handle 709 gift returns, even better. This is not a training role. We want someone who already knows their way around the tax code for wealthy families and trust structures.
