Sr. Associate or Partner – Litigation | Naples, FL
A prestigious and expanding firm is seeking a Litigation Sr. Associate or Partner to join its Naples office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to handle sophisticated litigation matters in a collaborative environment with strong resources and long-term career potential.
What They’re Looking For
5+ years of litigation experience (higher levels of experience welcome)
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong client management and relationship-building abilities
Experience drafting, reviewing, and arguing motions and other litigation documents
Confident handling negotiations, client meetings, and courtroom appearances
Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
A portable book of business is preferred but not required (small book will be considered at Partner level)
What You’ll Do
Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal advice
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, negotiations, and trials
Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups within a highly regarded platform
Participate in business development and client relationship growth efforts
