They are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting their customers with general feed and product recommendations. You’ll build relationships with producers over the phone and via email, helping them find the right solutions for their operations. For more complex nutritional or product-specific needs, you’ll have the full support of their technical and field sales teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has hands-on dairy experience and wants to make a difference by helping other producers succeed.
Respond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up with existing accounts
Provide general dairy feed and product recommendations
Collaborate with technical nutritionists and field reps on complex cases
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
Process orders and ensure timely fulfillment
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Experience in dairy feed, animal health, or ag equipment sales preferred
Previous work on a dairy farm or close familiarity with dairy operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while being a team player
Passion for agriculture and helping producers succeed
Competitive salary: $40,000 – $55,000/year
