What You Bring

• A related four-year degree
• Several years with a commercial builder, ideally on design-led work
• Vertical commercial background
• Strong in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools

What You Will Handle

• Prepare pricing, schedules and proposals
• Help owners and designers refine scope and cost
• Select trade partners and finish buyout
• Keep cost, quality and safety reports current
• Lead regular site meetings
