We are seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join a growing, collaborative civil practice. This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to develop your skills alongside experienced attorneys in a supportive environment.
Contribute to case strategy and handle substantive drafting, research, and preparation.
Participate in negotiations, hearings, and client communications.
Manage a varied caseload with attention to detail and professionalism.
Work in a hybrid schedule with flexibility based on caseload and firm needs.
Active Florida Bar license.
Around 2–5 years of solid litigation or related experience.
Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented practice.
