Pre-Litigation Managing Attorney
Location: Century City, CA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 2–3 days remote)
Position Type: Full-time
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Managing Attorney to join our team and lead the pre-litigation department. This is a leadership opportunity within a respected personal injury firm, offering both professional growth and workplace flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the pre-litigation department
Guide and mentor a team of attorneys and support staff
Handle a range of personal injury matters from intake through pre-litigation resolution
Ensure cases progress efficiently and effectively
Qualifications
3–5 years of personal injury experience (required)
Strong leadership and case management skills
Spanish language skills preferred, but not required
Compensation & Schedule
Salary range: $165,000 – $200,000
Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite in the Century City office, 2–3 days remote
