QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER - PRECAST CONCRETE

Relocators welcome. We do have up to three needs for this role in the US, reach out with resume and we can discuss. We have several clients with multiple manufacturing facilities producing a vast variety of precast/ prestresssed concrete products. Their committment to the projects they complete and the clients they serve is only 2nd to their committment to their employees. They have a passion for concrete manufacturing, prioritizing safety, and a commitment to best practices.  We are looking for someone with a track record of driving quality results and play a key role indriving process improvement.

Qualifications Highlight
  • Ideal Candidate has a tenured career within quality within precast manufacturing
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; or requivalent experience
    • Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of qulaity control experience
    • Must be able to work in fast paced, quick changing atmosphere.
    • Possess PCI Certification up to Level 3 or desire to obtain
    • Ability to coach and mentor more junior QC staff
    • Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
