My client, a locally-owned and highly successful flooring company, is seeking a talented Commercial Flooring Sales Rep /Project Manager to join their team. If you have 2-5 years of experience in Commercial Flooring Sales and Project Management, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Position Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients

- Identify new business opportunities and secure new accounts

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

- Collaborate to ensure client satisfaction

Position Essential Job Functions:

-Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations

- Prepare and deliver sales proposals

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements

- Estimate and bid commercial projects

- Manage won projects from cradle to grave

 

Position Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of commercial flooring products and industry trends

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
