Safety Manager in Minneapolis

Job Description

Gpac just partnered with a rapidly growing structural steel erecting company seeking a Safety Manager.  Great compensation and growth opportunity! 

Qualifications

• 2+ plus years of construction safety experience, preferable in building erection 
• Knowledge of OSHA Rules and Regulations 
• Fall Protection experience and ability to train on fall protection  
• OSHA 1926 Sub-Part R Steel Erection knowledge/experience 
• Cranes/rigging experience/knowledge 
• Ability to train on forklifts and scissor lifts a plus 
• Excellent computer/technology, communication and leadership skills 
• Extensive travel required for extended periods (several weeks at a time).  Position is 75% travel to be part of a jobsite team.
• Provide back-up support to Purchasing Team members as needed
